This blend of the 2021 and 2022 vintages of our first Texas Nebbiolo exudes jammy figs, crushed rose petal framed by minty, oaky notes from the use of mild French oak on the nose. The color is light and dusky which is typical of the variety. Tastes of anise, black tea and candied cherry with some light, yet gripping tannins on the finish round out this easy drinking wine.
