Our lovely salmon pink rosé is sourced from the Lilli of the Vine Vineyard in Lamesa, TX. Predominately made from a gentle pressing of the Cinsaut variety- a minor variety used in Rhone style blends and rosé's of Provence, France- it has proved to be our winemaker's favorite grape to make rosé from. On the nose, strawberry and white peach notes with a hint of ripe kiwi tantalize the senses. The palate is clean and refreshing with a velvety, almost rich for a rosé, weight that frames the flavors of tangerine and subtle summer berries. Delicious on its own-think sipping poolside, or paired with grilled shrimp and classic charcuterie plates. Cheers!
