15% new French Oak 85% neutral oak 2020 proved to be a great year for our Montepulciano following the late freeze in 2019. The vines naturally produced fewer grapes, making the wine more concentrated and riper than in years past. Dark ruby in color with heady notes of berry pie, thyme and sweet toast. It drinks big and bold with ripe red fruit, gripping tannins and smooth finishing notes of leather and spice. Best paired with a nicely marbled rib-eye.
