Not as widely known as its common blending partner Sauvignon Blanc in the U.S., Semillon reveals its exciting nature in the glass with notes of candied green apple, citrus blossom and a touch of honey. Light and refreshing, with thirst quenching acidity not unlike a dry Riesling, the waxy lychee, passion fruit and fresh cut grass flavors make this medium bodied wine a wonderful pairing for rich seafood dishes or as an aperitif. If you loved our past vintages of Sauvignon Blanc or dry Rieslings you will love this as well.
