After aging for nearly 3 years in American and French oak barrels, this wine has revealed bright strawberry preserves, cola, and figs on the nose. Its medium body and angular acidity are complemented by flavors of mocha, spice, and dark berries. A favorite of our cellar crew, it would settle nicely with some shepherd’s pie or warm goat cheese and bread.
